General Information: Beef tenderloin steak is a flavourful dish, ideal for any meat lover, either sliced for roasts or for steaks. Whole beef tenderloin is usually served with roast vegetables (such as sweet potato and hazelnut mashed potatoes) or with horseradish cream on the side.
