Shrimp Parmigiano

Great Sunday Dish

Great for our JUMBO RAW SHRIMP. First clean the shrimp and take tail off, flatten out Shrimp then you take flour in one dish, egg in another dish then breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper flour and eggs.

Dredge shrimp in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Sauté shrimp in warm olive oil, then part way through add a little butter to get great color. Then you take a baking dish and spread marinara sauce. Now you spread shrimp around the platter. Then you put marinara sauce on each shrimp, next grade some fresh parmesan cheese on. Then place a piece of fresh mozzarella on each shrimp. Next you put in the oven at 400 degrees until the cheese melts(about 5/6 minutes). let stand for a few minutes then enjoy
